Dental Angels dental warranty periods:

When can the warranty be applied?*

• The patient must follow the dental hygiene guidelines set by the treating dentist and keep their teeth clean.
• The patient must attend the check-ups prescribed by the treating dentist every 3 months, every six months or every year.
• The patient must participate in maintenance treatment (e.g. tartar removal, denture alignment) determined by the treating dentist no later than 30 days after their dental treatment.
• The patient must use the denture as intended, only chewing with it.
• The patient must protect their dentures from any injury, physical impact, bone or gum disease.
• The guarantee becomes effective upon financial settlement of all invoiced items.

When is the warranty not valid?*

• If the patient does not appear for the prescribed check-ups at the Dental Angels dental clinic.
• If the patient does not clean their dentures as prescribed and does not maintain their teeth properly.
• If the patient uses their dentures incorrectly, they expose them to much greater impact than the force of chewing.
• If problems arise as a result of improper nutrition and other bad habits.
• If the removable denture is exposed to mechanical (due to a fall or combat sports) or chemical damage (highly concentrated alcohol, other chemicals).
• In case of systemic, infectious or cancerous diseases of the chewing organs or damage arising during their treatment.
• In the event of damage arising from accidents or emergency care after accidents.
• In case of neglect of oral hygiene.
• In case of problems arising from psychological or mental illnesses.
• If the patient loses significant weight in a relatively short period of time.
• If the patient does not report any injury or change to the denture after treatment within two working days.
• If root canal treatment is required due to previous interventions (filling, crown preparation).
• If the subsequent repair of the denture or subsequent dental intervention(s) following the affected treatment were not performed at the Dental Angels dental clinic.
